Our branch staff will then manage all the viewings and negotiate the best deal for you and your tenants.

We promise a hassle free and reliable experience from the start. Once we have found your new tenants, our team will begin a detailed referencing, right to rent and compliance checks, some of the most robust in the industry.

Rent Collection Service

We market your property on multiple marketing platforms to attract the best possible tenants. Once we do, they go through a thorough referencing process. All customer monies are protected by a reliable tenancy deposit scheme and held in a client account.

In addition, we also do the following:

  • Collect and submit your monthly rent received.
  • Subtract commission and other works
  • Chase non-payment of rent and provide advice on rental arrears
  • Make any HMRC deduction
